A Louisiana man is accused of making his young relatives, an 8 and 10-year-old, to smoke a marijuana blunt with him. Jason Louis Taylor was booked on two counts of cruelty to juveniles and one count of illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile.
Baton Rouge police told The Advocate that Taylor rolled marijuana blunts and provided them to the young boys on several occasions, instructing the children to smoke the marijuana given to them. Taylor has also smoked marijuana in front of them on several occasion even showing the 10-year-old to blow smoke rings while smoking marijuana.
The younger boy was taken to the hospital in February after being told to smoke weed or possibly Mojo, a synthetic drug, then falling ill and later testing positive for marijuana. No news on what has happened to both boys, but Taylor probably won’t be smoking his relatives out any time soon.
