Yeastie Boys owner Evan Fox, who lived in New York for two years, has created a Los Angeles-based food-truck with a cult-like following. What makes the bagel so special that loyal customers are willing to stand in lengthy lines, the offerings are the perfect snack for breakfast or mid-day munchies.
Fans use Twitter to track down the truck with pop-up locations in Silver Lake and Downtown Los Angeles.
