While some of America can look forward to enjoying fully legalized marijuana in their states sometime in the next few months, the rest of the country and parts of the world will continue to be stuck in pot purgatory. In these unlucky places, draconian restrictions will continue to rule the land—and, as if marijuana being illegal wasn’t already stupid enough, some of their laws are a downright crazy kind of stupid.
So, we researched laws in states that are still catching up with the times, and looked at some countries that are even further behind than they are, and pulled out the five most WTF weed laws they have on the books. Check them out in the video above—and what do you think deserves the top spot?
