The woman who famously told cannabis prohibition to “Fuck it” on live TV joins us for the latest edition of our 4:20 live show, “About That Time.”

Guess what, buds? MERRY JANE has a new show on Facebook Live, broadcasting every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:20pm ET, on the dot. We’ll be bringing you guests from the worlds of cannabis and culture to just kick back, relax, talk life and blow some dro with our editor-in-chief Noah Rubin. We’ll also be taking questions from our lit audience, so get ready to roll your favorite herb and chill with us for an online smokeout.

On our latest episode, cannabis freedom fighter and former Alaskan newswoman Charlo Greene stopped by the MERRY JANE studio. A bonafide TV news professional, Charlo helped us roll the news while she twisted a Backwoods full of ganja from THC Design. After breaking down the secretive world of China’s cannabis community with host Noah Rubin, Charlo took over to eulogize medical cannabis pioneer and LGBTQ rights activist Dennis Peron. Once the news (and a fat Backwoods) finished rolling, Charlo told us about her childhood on the road, inciting riots in high school, and of course, her current legal battle, in which the state of Alaska is still seeking a 54-year jail sentence. Still, even in the face of that persecution, Charlo kept it all the way positive, naming our computer generated “critter clique” while falling in love with the Weekend Box’s female-focused Bella box. For a daily dose of Charlo, make sure to check her out over on YouTube at The Weed with Charlo Greene.
