Virtual reality is hitting new highs now that Oculus announced pre-orders for their Oculus Touch this week on their blog. Oculus Touch allows users to use their hands with controllers that capture the user's hands movements into the VR world, giving them the ability to manipulate digital objects with precision.

The Touch will cost users $199 and also comes with an additional sensor and a Rock Band VR connector. The announcement was also made at last week’s Oculus Connect 3 event where they also announced Oculus Rift Earphones for $49.

“Thank you to the millions of people who joined us on the livestreams and in person at OC3 last week,” the Oculus said in a statement. “We can’t wait for you to get your hands on the latest additions to the Rift family.”

Those who pre-ordered the Oculus Rift earlier this year through their website will be able to jump to the front of the line if they order by October 27 while all other pre-orders will be processed after. Each pre-order will also come bundled with The Unspoken and VR Sports Challenge, in witch users can cast spells or throw a football.

The Touch and earphones will be shipping December 6, but you can schedule a demo at more than 500 different retailers across the world if you want to try them before then.
