MERRY JANE content will be appearing at a number of dispensaries this summer, thanks to a partnership with cannabis startup Eyechronic. This new customer engagement network plans to use the latest technology to enhance customers' cannabis shopping experience by providing unique educational and entertaining content.

Large screen televisions in participating dispensaries will display real-time content custom-tailored to the cannabis market. In addition to social media walls and polls, the network will display cannabis-themed videos and content from MERRY JANE and other popular media outlets. The network will also offer real-time engagement opportunities like live text polls that would allow dispensary customers to share their opinion on things like their favorite way to consume or favorite artist to listen to while high.

"I have been in digital signage and digital advertising for almost 10 years now and think that the new Engagement Network broadcast by Eyechronic in dispensaries and retail cannabis locations will be the most technologically advanced network that I have been a part of to date,” said co-founder Jeremy Jacobs. “This is not just a small ad reel or educational video on a loop. The Eyechronic network is engaging, location specific and real time. If it’s freezing in Denver, the network will be promoting cannabis infused hot chocolate while it’s promoting a cannabis snow cone in sunny LA.”

"We have been big fans of MERRY JANE and the incredible content that they produce for a long time and immediately targeted a partnership with them when we decided to expand our network after its pilot,” co-founder Colby McKenzie said. “I believe this partnership will provide a great cross-branding opportunity for both Eyechronic and MERRY JANE and look forward to showing their content on screens across the United States.”

By the end of the month, Eyechronic will be live in around 70 locations, and will expand to an estimated 500 locations by the end of the year.
