Kylie Jenner, the 19 year-old Kardashian who’s turned family fame and Instagram thirst-trapping into a multi-million dollar makeup line is in hot water with Internet pundits and Twitter commenters alike after posting an Instagram photo of herself laying on a bed topless smoking what appears to be a joint.
As soon as Kylie posted the racy smoking flick, the opinions started rolling in. And while most of the commenters on the Instagram photo itself were just fishing for follows or likes for their own pages, the more opinionated voices on Twitter fell into either two categories: heavy-handed hate and emoji-filled “goals.”
Let’s start with the negatives. Only a month after Khloe Kardashian went largely unscathed after getting caught with a perfectly rolled joint in a vacation episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kylie couldn’t escape as easily – catching flack for everything from promoting smoking to her teenage fans to reinforcing the cultural divide in cannabis policing.

Of course, it wasn’t all hate, as there were plenty of peeps out there wishing that they, too, could be enjoying a joint while a floating hand caresses their hair. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a nice joint in the nude?
