Though it is easily argued that marijuana is not a drug like cocaine or ecstasy, our favorite flower still often remains categorized alongside these substances. According to a study compiled by Recovery Brands, cannabis has taken the No. 1 position as the most popular drug of choice around the world by a landslide. And we're not surprised.
The most surprising piece of data might be the top cannabis-using country. Surprisingly, the United States came in second only to Iceland, where around 18% of the adult population partakes.
