While some of America can look forward to enjoying fully legalized marijuana in their states sometime in the near future, the rest of the country continues to be stuck in pot purgatory.
In these unlucky states, draconian restrictions will continue to rule the land—and, as if marijuana being illegal wasn’t already brainless, some laws are a downright stupid in the craziest kind of way.
MERRY JANE News researched laws in states that are still catching up with the times, and looked at some countries that are even further behind, finding the five most WTF weed laws they have on the books.
