Inviting Chris Folkerts, Founder of G Pen, as her sous chef for the day, the two tackle the striking flavors of Thai Chicken Soup. Sailene shares a puff of her Super Sour Skunk with Chris to invigorate their Asian-inspired palette, diving into a dish that is perfect as an appetizer, main course, or easy DIY snack. Once the duo head out, they share a smoke of Sailene’s private Birthday Cake OG strain while enjoying the Thai Chicken Soup.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 stalk Lemongrass, Minced
2 Jalapeno peppers
1 Tsp Curry Paste
1 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp of Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 Breast of Boneless Chicken, Chopped
1 Can of Coconut Milk
¼ Cup of Cilantro

RECIPE
Add Oil, Lemongrass, Jalapeno Peppers, Curry Past, Fish sauce, Lime Juice, Brown Sugar into a Large Sauce Pan.
Once cooked down and transluscent, add Chicken Stock, Chicken, and Coconut Milk into the Sauce Pan.
After 20 Minutes add Cilantro to the Sauce Pan
Add Lime to Flavor and Serve
Enjoy.
