Mama Sailene whips up a classic crab stuffed deviled egg recipe with a special twist and pairs it with Lemon Skunk for this special New Year’s episode of Smoke In The Kitchen.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh Crab
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Hard Boiled Eggs
Fresh Chives
Fresh Dill
Dash of Tabasco

RECIPE
Peel, Halve and scoop the Yolks out of the Hard Boiled Eggs
In a separate bowl combine the Crab, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Egg Yolks, Chives, Dill and Tabasco.
Mix together until desired consistency is achieved.
Place into piping bag and pipe back into Hard Boiled Egg White.
Plate and Enjoy!
