Dave Chappelle is celebrating a monstrous year in which the comedian returned to the spotlight in full force. Following a string of successful tour stints and recently hosting Saturday Night Live to overwhelming critical acclaim, Netflix has enlisted the comedian for three comedy specials. The specials are reportedly worth a whopping $60 million.
Those Chappelle’s Show junkies out there will be pleased to get some new material from Dave. The specials will include a show to be produced exclusively for Netflix and two more from his personal vault. There are no release details aside from a vague “coming soon.” So let’s hope it’s sooner than later. For now, keep your eyes peeled come 2017. All three specials will release simultaneously.
