As more black market THC vape cartridge user continue to fall ill, police have made a point to <a href=\"https:\/\/merryjane.com\/news\/dealers-caught-with-more-than-100000-counterfeit-weed-vape-cartridges\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>target potentially tainted cartridge makers<\/u><\/a>. It is not yet clear if the cartridges and distillates found at the Phoenix stash house contain <a href=\"https:\/\/merryjane.com\/news\/the-vape-health-crisis-is-pushing-cannabis-labs-to-now-test-for-vitamin-e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>vitamin E acetate<\/u><\/a>, the diluent most closely associated to the spate of vape sicknesses. (Though it is still unconfirmed if vitamin E acetate is the direct cause of the illness.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Gallery \u2014 Edibles That Look Like Real Food Products:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"640\" height=\"430\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/merryjane.com\/embed\/gallery\/edibles-that-look-like-real-food-products\/1\" ><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These cartridges have been located throughout the country and have been associated with recent vaping deaths, were being manufactured in the residence,&#8221; the Maricopa County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said in a statement announcing the arrests on Wednesday. &#8220;Based on the equipment and the products located inside the residence, detectives believe this location was an apparent Closed Loop BHO Manufacturing Lab.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to thousands of <a href=\"https:\/\/merryjane.com\/culture\/are-dank-vapes-legit-and-what-do-knock-off-carts-look-like\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>\u201cDank Vapes\u201d<\/u><\/a> packages for their homemade cannabis oil cartridges, the duo also had bulk quantities of black market edibles packaged in bags labeled \u201cFlaming Hot Weedos,\u201d \u201cSour Dab Kids,\u201d and \u2014 for the health-conscious snackers \u2014 \u201cWeed Thins.\u201d On the package for the Flaming Hot Cheetos rip-off, the label says \u201chighly medicated\u201d and that it contains 125mg of THC alongside a photo of a drug-addled Chester Cheeto screencapped from <em>Family Guy<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"1568994259193_70610447_1320206938145512_1730916333329055744_o.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/files.merryjane.com\/uploads\/generic\/1568994259193_70610447_1320206938145512_1730916333329055744_o.jpg\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 301px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Over the past year or so, police across the country have turned up a number of edible products made to look like legit snacks or candies. In a California raid earlier this summer, police seized 500 pounds of <a href=\"https:\/\/merryjane.com\/news\/california-police-raid-turns-up-500-pounds-of-weed-infused-nerds-rope\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>THC-infused Nerds Rope<\/u><\/a> boasting a supposed potency of 500mg in each package.
