Nike’s Air Huarache sneaker has cemented itself in history as one of the most revolutionary runners to ever grace the market. And with such a storied lineage, it’s tough to believe that Nike hasn’t really retroed the many Air Huarache colorways of decades’ past. Fret no longer, as the athletic purveyors are set to release the iconic runner in “Purple Punch”, a makeup that hasn’t seen the light of day since 1991. The kicks stay true to form as far as appearance goes, with the exception of a breathable mesh toe box in place of the original nylon. Purple detailing can be found scattered throughout the upper, namely on the nylon sockliner.

The Nike Air Huarache “Purple Punch” is available now from the brand’s online shop.
