Though cannabis still remains illegal in the country, Chile has made the significant decision to remove marijuana from the list of hard drugs. The decree comes hand-in-hand with the country's decision to authorize the sale of certain medicines that contain cannabis derivatives.
The official document has not yet been published, but the decision has been released by the Associated Press ahead of its public publishing. Hopefully, this will make way for disucssion about potentially legalizing cannabis in Chile in the near future.
