A mysterious musical act named Somewhere Else popped up on an episode of OVO Radio back in May with a fire track called “Move Together.” The uptempo electro track features OVO artist Majid Jordan on the vocals and the Internet went off as a result. The song has racked over 1 million plays on Soundcloud, but no other music is available from Somewhere Else at this time. However, this enigmatic act dropped a video for “Move Together” and it is pretty damn incredible.
The visuals are insanely trippy, as the video follows a young couple getting down to business in a small apartment. But what happens when they begin to kiss, viewers are transported to a surreal world through the couple’s lips, ears, hands, belly buttons and sweat.
You may think we’re just really high (and you might be right) but once you watch this impressive debut video from Somewhere Else you'll immediately understand why we're so impressed. Hats off to the video’s director Helmi, and keep an eye out for more music from this enigma of an artist(s).
