The Trippiest Geometric Shape Gifs You’ll Ever See

Watch. Them. Change. Shape. Don’t be a square.

Why hello there, traveller. I see you’ve come for some more “Whoa, Man,”that recurring series of images, videos, and gifs that are all kinds of whoa, free of charge. Specifically, you want whoa gifs of geometric shapes. Well, you’ve come to the right place. But you didn’t think you’d just get these dank gifs for nothing, did you? First, you must be educated in the ancient study of geometry! As Plato once said, “Geometry will draw the soul toward truth and create the spirit of philosophy.” I do believe Plato was passing a hybrid dab with his students when he said that. Oh, dear me! It’s time to go! Class is in session.

Don’t worry if you’ve brought your high to school: The teachers at MERRY JANE only give out detentions for NOT being a little stoned.

First, let’s make sure you have some graph paper ready.

Starting with the basics. You know squares, circles….?

Or do you?

You thought wrong!

Great. So you should know how to solve this problem.

OK, I’ll give you a passing grade if you just solve this simple Möbius equation.

It’s really not that hard. It’s just lines and circles.

If C= π*d = 2*π*r, then you’re probably in the mood for pizza. But first, solve for R.

Fun fact: That is called a Sisyphus Machine and it uses kinetic sand and magnets to create these shapes. Speaking of circles, if the earth is a sphere, and so is this giant disco ball, what is the circumference of your brain?

I’m sorry if I’m going on a tangent here.

Sometimes geometry gives me a headache.

For extra credit, you can enter 4D and solve this hypercube.

If you pay attention, you can use geometry in your everyday life. For instance, this is my house. I built it using geometry.

And this is what I look like on the weekends. Thanks, geometry!

Now, who’s ready for the big Homecoming Dance?
