If you’re the type that likes to examine the complexities of existence, find yourself interested in different schools of thought or like to learn about how others are navigating the planet in a way you may have no idea about, check out these flicks.

Awake: The Life of Yogananda (2014)

Get to know all about Paramahansa Yogananda in this biographical documentary about the influential mystic who is credited with introducing the healing practices of meditation and Yoga to the Western world.
