Schoolboy Q made some serious waves with his critically acclaimed fourth album Blank Face LP, arguably the best Top Dawg Entertainment release of 2016. The record features heavy duty bangers like “THat Part”, a quirky chart-topping track graced by the presence of Kanye West, and “JoHn Muir”, which was recently given music video treatment in the form of a grimly realistic visual journey.

Although Schoolboy Q is known for constantly displaying the harsher sides of the gangster life, he also needs his loving too. In his newest music video for the buttery smooth track “Overtime," which features the serenading voices of the R&B star Miguel and up-and-comer Justine Skye, Schoolboy looks as if he’s finally found his happy place.

The song showcases Q at his most romantic, as he and Miguel join forces on the hook to softly repeat to their love interests a simple message: “I wanna fuck right now”.

In the new music video, Schoolboy Q, Miguel, and Justine Skye journey through a dreamworld filled with vivid color-changing booty shorts and barber capes. The video is both radiant and humorous, as Schoolboy rests his sleepy head on twerking ass and throws unexpected punches.

All in all, the track and video come together to show that big butts and barbershop haircuts are what make Schoolboy’s world go round.

You can catch Schoolboy on his Blank Face World Tour with Joey Bada$$, currently traveling throughout North America this September and October, and then off to Australia and Europe to close out the year. The Blank Face LP is available on all major streaming platforms, and can be purchased in physical format on Schoolboy Q’s online shop.
