Robyn Fox Invigorates Farm to Table Cuisine with EITS Café

MERRY JANE takes a trip to one of Jamaica’s hidden culinary treasures.

August 6 marks the 55th anniversary of Jamaica breaking free from the United Kingdom’s colonial rule. To honor the occasion, we are proud to bring you MERRY JANE Presents Jamaica Week. All week leading up to Jamaican Independence Day, MERRY JANE is celebrating the Jamaican people and the many great things that the island has given to the world — from music, dance, and food, to the Rastafarian religion, cannabis culture, and good vibes.

EITS Café (Europe in the Summer) owner Robyn Fox is a second-generation entrepreneur who helped her father build their business up from a remote stopover for travelers into a renowned cafe/bed and breakfast.

In recent years, the farm to table Jamaican-European fusion cuisine combined with the remote beauty of the location have made EITS Café one of Jamaica’s essential foodie destinations.
