“PBR&B” champion Tom Krell, a.k.a How To Dress Well just shared the third single off his fourth album, Care. “Can’t You Tell” comes on the heels of two other singles, “Lost Youth / Lost You” (NSFW) and “What’s Up” and should be enough to satisfy you the next three days before Care releases.

With upbeat, unmistakably luminous and positive vibed production provided by Dre Skull, How to Dress Well lends his trademark falsetto and vocals to the track, and manages to make “Can’t You Tell” a bona fide indie pop banger. In moments his voice sounds remotely R. Kelly-ish, a compliment of the highest order, not given out lightly. The beat’s occasionally walking bassline adds some welcomed funk grooves, which makes listening to it even more of a joyous occasion.

While Tom Krell describes the single as a “sex positivity anthem,” which based on the lyrics might be a bit of a stretch, the sound might make you want to shed your clothes in delight.

Listen to “Can’t You Tell” here. Care releases September 23 on Domino Records.
