Action Bronson's audience initially expanded beyond hip-hop heads thanks to the release of his Fuck, That's Delicious web series on Vice, which blurred the boundaries between music and haute-cuisine and featured an all-star cast of characters like The Alchemist, Meyhem Lauren, Big Body Bes, and more.
Building on Fuck That’s Delicious’ popularity, Action Bronson and a new assortment of supporting players took to Viceland for a show centered around the rapper simultaneously watching Ancient Aliens (the amazing “historical” History Channel program) and getting sky high off the best weed and wax available with his homies. Believe it or not, the show is aptly titled Action Bronson and Friends Watch “Ancient Aliens.” One has to wonder though, do people really sit around and watch other people watch a show about aliens that may or may not be true?
That's definitely some super-meta Inception type shit, and Kool A.D. (formerly of Das Racist) has taken the time to give his own thoughts as well as answer that very question in the form of a video of him watching Action Bronson watch Ancient Aliens with his friends.
Kool A.D., his wife and a few of their friends watched Bronson's show with looks of bewilderment and intrigue. The funniest part of this video is Kool A.D. and his boy theorizing as to why Bronson's show may have gotten the green light in the first place.
