Gamers can rejoice as this coming June 14-16 the Entertainment Software Association will be hosting E3 Live 2016, which is a free, ticketed satellite event open to the public that will occur during the main E3 show.

E3 Live 2016 will feature playable games and live entertainment where gamers can also meet some industry personalities. Several companies in attendance such as Ubisoft, Warner Bros., and Oculus VR will be providing demos where gamers can get a glimpse on some of the latest technology in the gaming industry.

For the first time consumers will be able to get in-depth coverage on the newest video games that will be hitting the market later this year. The event will be taking place at the LA Live complex next door to the E3 show at the La Convention Centre which is only open to industry professionals.

The event is free but tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

MERRY JANE readers in the Los Angeles area can register here for free tickets.

With E3 being a closed off event this is a great way for consumers to check out some of the latest the industry has to offer but this year is a little different as some companies have opted to have off-site events such as Electronic Arts. EA will be hosting an event the day prior to the start of E3 in both Los Angeles and London that will showing one of their most anticipated titles, Titanfall 2.

In the next few weeks MERRY JANE will be covering E3 and will have more exclusive information for our readers with a “Stoners Guide to E3.” Stay tuned.
