Gucci Mane and Pusha T Join Common on "Black America Again" Remix

Providing social commentary on the issues America now faces.

by Adrian Nuñez

Common’s politically charged Black America Again album just recently dropped, and the project’s title track has received a special remix from Pusha T and Gucci Mane.

The track is a reflection of the political turmoil that our country now faces with Donald Trump becoming president. Additional vocals are provided from BJ the Chicago Kid, as well as G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T. In a rare appearance, we find Gucci Mane addressing social issues, a stark contrast from his usual trap-influenced bars. Overall, the song adds social commentary for a country that faces impending radical change.
