Cannabis Treats for Dogs

Now man’s best friend can benefit from cannabis too.
Published on July 28, 2015

Leaving crumbs of an edible behind may have once accidentally gotten your pet hilariously high, but now, there's a treat made in specific for your furry friend. Thanks to national pet food companies, dogs can now use marijuana for medicinal purposes. Cannabis-infused cookies, appropriately named Canna-Biscuits, are treats that help sick or old dogs cope with pain. Despite medical proof, many have already become devout to the biscuits. This has peaked the interest of both investors and legislators. Nevada has already begun the process of addressing a bill that if passed, allows pet owners to obtain marijuana products from their vet with a signed approval. If cannabis is used by humans for various ailments, then it’s only time before Fido gets to the reap the benefits as well.
