The jazz ensemble announced a new album.

BADBADNOTGOOD’s output slowed after they released the collaborative album Sour Soul with legendary Wu-Tang Clan member, Ghostface Killah. The halt in new music is not a bad thing, because it allowed the group to create new music for the Spring and Summer season.

Now, the jazz ensemble has announced that their new album IV is set to be released on July 8 via Innovative Leisure. To kick their journey off, they’ve released the lead single “Time Moves Slow” featuring Sam Herring of Future Islands.

The single’s production is very reminiscent of psychedelic soul, and is complimented by Herring’s grainy vocals and songwriting, with the singer speaking on losing love and second chances. Listen below.
