Desiigner’s brooding and punchy track “Panda” released and took over the Billboard charts thanks to Kanye West breathing new life into the track on his album The Life Of Pablo, along with constant rotation at parties and events.
The impact of “Panda” was so strong, that the track ended up being the number one song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for two consecutive weeks, as well as spending five weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart. Despite the rapid rise, many wondered if and when a video for the track would arrive.
Now, the Brooklyn rapper has released the video for the song via Tidal, and it is just as dark as the song. The music video shows the rapper stealing a car at gunpoint, which leads him into running away from police in a high-speed chase.
The video also gives a glimpse into the streets of Brooklyn, New York featuring various project buildings. From there, we get a surprising cameo from Kanye West, who ends up driving the BMW X6 which the song references.
