Rap OG Murs has been “Making the Universe Recognize and Submit,” as well as “ Making Underground Real Shit” for over 20 years now, having released his debut album Murs for President in 1996.

The world has changed a lot since then, but Murs has stayed true to his roots and extremely busy. In the past year alone, he broke a Guinness World Record in 2016 by rapping for 24 hours straight and released his 10th studio album, Captain California, in March of 2017
